FIGHTING FOOD WASTE, FIGHTING FOOD COSTS
Our vision is to provide good quality, healthy food options in an inclusive and cost effective way. Fighting food costs and fighting food waste together for the greater good.
In our shop, members can choose up to 16 grocery items for £4.50 each time they come.
The majority of our ever-changing stock is donated to us by The Felix Project and FareShare, City Harvest, vendors at Borough Market and other local businesses.
Everyone is welcome to become a member - just come in during opening hours and we'll sign you up!
Volunteering
Our volunteers mean absolutely everything to us. It's only with their hard work and dedication that BFC continues to be there for our community. Would you like to join our team and lend a hand? We have a variety of available roles and a handful of different projects on the go. Roles involve running the shop during opening hours, setting up the shop behind the scenes or delivering groceries to our more isolated customers on Saturday mornings.
